Purchase

We offer discounts of up to 85% when choosing a subfamily or a complete family over individual styles. This discount is only available if you purchase in a single transaction: we’re unable to offer refunds for a previous purchase if you later choose to buy a subfamily or the complete family instead of single styles.

You have the possibility to prepare a cart for someone else, meaning that you can select the fonts, and everything else needed and then simply send the cart ready to be paid to someone else. The button to generate the link can be found at the bottom of the Review your order page. 

The Billing address is the one registered with the card issuer of the person in charge of paying the invoice (the Buyer).
The Licensee’s address is the address of the Licensee, the individual or company that will use or benefit from the usage of the fonts.

If you are purchasing a font for a third party, you need to fill in the Licensee box with the information of the third party and your information in the Buyer Box

You can pay by credit card through Stripe's secure system, which accepts the following credit cards:

You don’t need to open a Stripe account in order to use their service. Transactions with Stripe are under their responsibility and their Terms & Conditions. Stripe handles all electronic payment aspects. Please read their policy for any information about the security of the financial transaction. 

We do not store your credit card information on our server.

At our discretion, we accept payment by PayPal or by bank transfer to our Swiss Postal bank account; you can contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware that we might take a few days to get back to you.

SOME ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Please provide us with the following information:

1. Buyer name, (company name), address, and e-mail
2. Licensee name, (company name), address, and email
3. Which fonts do you need precisely
4. The type of license applying to you (Company or Personal)
      a. If Company License: The total number of employees within your company
5. On which Swiss Typefaces account do we need to attribute the order
6. Payment method: Bank transfer or PayPal

Our online shop charges you in CHF (Swiss francs).

Payments in USD or EUR are available upon request, but only via bank transfer or PayPal. Please let us know your preferred currency. We’ll apply our bank's currency exchange rate along with a conversion fee, as well as any administrative charges – see the Bank Transfer / PayPal section above.

We do not proceed to any refund or exchange once a font is purchased and made available for download in your account. Please be attentive while you purchase any item on our website.

Terms & Conditions

VAT of 8.1% is applied exclusively to our Swiss customers.
You'll find our VAT number on your invoice in your client account.

You can download your invoice any time after your purchase in your account in the Orders tab.

Once you have paid, you will find all purchased fonts sorted by Licence Holder and most recent purchase, along with the corresponding invoices and license documents (EULA) in the Orders tab of your account.

We do not work with resellers. However, you can refer to the Billing / Licensee Addresses section on our Support page and directly place an order through our website. The conditions for this type of purchase are outlined in our EULA under section E.3 (Company License).
